1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases of digital products and services made through the websites or funnels operated by Eloah Botanica (operated as a sole trader business in the United Kingdom). A "Customer" refers to any individual or entity placing an order verified via our payment processors.

2. Age Limit

Customers must be at least 18 years of age (or at least 16 years of age with parental or legal guardian consent) to purchase products or subscribe to newsletters. We do not knowingly collect data or sell to individuals under these ages.

3. Orders & Digital Delivery

All orders placed with Eloah Botanica represent a binding purchase agreement. Products sold (including DIY guides and downloadable digital content) are delivered immediately via electronic transmission (download links or email) upon successful payment processing.

4. Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise. Eloah Botanica reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will always be billed at the rate displayed at the time the order is placed.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order placement. Payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store or process credit/debit card numbers on our servers. All transaction security is managed directly by the respective payment processor.

6. Right of Cancellation & Refund Policy for Digital Content

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by purchasing and initiating the instant download of our digital content, you explicitly request immediate access to the digital product and acknowledge that you waive your standard 14-day statutory right of cancellation once the download or file delivery has commenced. Refunds are not provided for digital downloads unless the file is proven to be corrupt or defective.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data is handled in strict accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. By placing an order or opting into a free guide, you consent to our collection of your name and email address solely for product delivery and relevant marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in the footer of every email.
